Leo and Delores Roselli
established L.E. Roselli's Food Specialities in 1969 on a property that was formerly a farm in Medford, NJ. They, along with the help of other family and friends, began producing bottled spaghetti
sauces and frozen Italian entrees, predominantly for wholesale customers.As time went by and the area grew toward our location, we began to expand our retail sales at our store located on the manufact uring premises.
Today, our retail sales account for a large amount of our business. We are still a family owned and run business and, with a few expansions, we have remained at the same location.
Our products include a wide variety of spaghetti sauces, lasagnas, meatballs, stuffed shells, soups and many others. Our products are known for their superior quality,
homemade flavor, mild seasonings, and no use of preservatives. Our facility is inspected daily by the USDA. In addition to our retail store, our products are
sold at a variety of local stores, restaurants and caterers. Through various distributors our bottled spaghetti sauces can be found across the United States.
